1. What cellular provider does IAS use for its modems?
IAS uses Verizon for its cellular partner for all of its devices.
2. Can we add phones and other devices to the Verizon devices for our farms network?
We are unable to add personal Verizon numbers or devices as all of our modems connect through a special VPN with Verizon. This ensures safe traffic for device modems only.
3. What does the yearly subscription cover?
the yearly subscription covers a multitude of things. It covers the yearly traffic through the Verizon network, The continual access to harvest-watch and its features year round. Also software updates to hardware and support. It does not only cover the Verizon bill.
